While John was off ice fishing on Super Bowl weekend, Drew and I went bowling in Anoka. Unlike the other times that we bowled, Drew wasn't too happy that I was beating him. I bowled a 135. Probably my highest ever....He wanted to go home, but I persuaded him to stay and try to outdo his score of 50.
Drew's first Valentine's Day party is coming up tomorrow. We made some cupcakes and Valentines stuffed with little pompoms for the kids in his class.
Drew had one more present arrive in the mail this week. It was a microscope and telescope from G-ma and Mike.
It seems like we gave up on the Friday Fish fry, and just started making our own. Not a lot of good options here in MN. John is the fish frying guy, and Drew is his assistant. He's getting pretty good at it, from what I understand.
Won't be long, and we'll be off on our next adventure! We are heading to the other side of the country in less than 10 days. See you soon Orlando. This will be our first trip leaving the dog with someone that's not a member of our family. Keeping our fingers crossed.....
